Have you ever thought about, what price are you paying for what you may now perceive as happiness?
For a little bit of peace…?
For safety and security?
What is it costing you?
Right now, what are you paying with?
How about freedom?
What are you giving or selling, to feel a bit of that?
Have you considered that these are your BIRTH RIGHTS…?
When did you let the world convince you otherwise?
How did you begin to believe that peace is a luxury?
Who told you that safety and security was something you have to “sell yourself for”?
This will not resonate with everyone, but I know it will with some of you! I know, because you come to me for therapy and healing sessions and you tell me your stories.
I hear time and time again, about how you sell your dreams, desires, health, your freedom, to have a little bit of peace, or what you thought would give you happiness. And it breaks my heart…
Well, let me tell you dear – you deserve these things, no matter who you are and where you come from!
And if you have to pay with your dreams, your well-being, your growth, wasted potential,
then the price is too high!
Sit with that and let it sink…

Kiedy pozwoliłaś światu przekonać cię, że jest inaczej?
Jak zaczęłaś wierzyć, że święty spokój to luksus?
Kto ci powiedział, że bezpieczeństwo to coś, za co trzeba się „sprzedać”?
To nie będzie rezonować z każdym, ale wiem, że napewno będzie dotyczyć niektórych z was! Wiem, bo przychodzicie do mnie na sesje coachingowe i terapeutyczne i opowiadacie mi swoje historie.
Od czasu do czasu słyszę o tym, jak sprzedajecie swoje marzenia, pragnienia, zdrowie, wolność, żeby mieć trochę spokoju lub to, co myślałaś, że da ci szczęście. I to łamie mi serce…
Cóż, powiem ci kochana istoto – zasługujesz na te rzeczy, bez względu na to kim jesteś i skąd pochodzisz!
A jeśli musisz zapłacić marzeniami, swoim dobrym samopoczuciem, swoim rozwojem, zmarnowanym potencjałem,
to wiedz, że taka cena jest za wysoka!
Usiądź z tym i pozwól żeby przeniknęła cię ta myśl…
